Celebration Flip

Penn State defensive tackle Jay Alford performs a flip into the end zone for what he and the fans thought was a touchdown after Alford scooped up a loose ball from Northwestern quarterback Andrew Brewer during Saturday's game in State College. Alford's "15 seconds" in the sun was shortlived after a review by officials determined the ball to have been part of a forward pass. In addition to the 15-yard unsportsmanlike behavior penalty, Alford entered Coach Paterno's doghouse.
