Penn State Pep Band Conquers State Capitol

The Penn State Pep Band made an unprecedented appearance on the top of the Wisconsin state Capitol building in Madison, Wisconsin, Saturday morning. They played various Penn State fight songs for the fans below prior to the Penn State - Wisconsin football game that night.
