Penn State Pep Band

The Penn State Pep Band poses in front of the State Capitol in Madison, Wisconsin, Saturday morning. The University of Wisconsin marching band may have been back for the Penn State - Wisconsin football game Saturday night, but it was the Penn State Pep Band making the most noise.
