Silent Carnival

Low-hanging clouds create a backdrop behind the ferris wheel outside Beaver Stadium in State College following a day of rain and a shortened Blue-White Penn State football game.

The sky opened up in the second half, which only last one or two plays before the 2011 Blue-White football game was called off due to inclement weather.
